The CTEC Fellowship Meal takes place on Saturday, 24th January at 6.00pm for 6.30pm at Hearsall Baptist Church. Tickets are available from Andrea Driver at £7 per person (only a few left). Let her know any dietary requirement when you get your ticket. It’s always an enjoyable evening.
In May 2015, St Barbara’s will host a confirmation service with Bishop Christopher. If you have been thinking about getting confirmed (or baptised and confirmed), then this would be a great opportunity. Please do chat to Tulo for an initial exploration of what would be involved.

This month our mission intercessions and mission board focus on the Church Army which was established in 1882 to train ordinary Christian men and women to take the gospel to those most in need. In 2012 Church Army was acknowledged as a mission community within the Anglican Church.

The 42nd Coventry (St Barbara’s) Cub Scouts recently raised £164 at a Coffee and Cake evening on behalf of Save the Children (Ebola Appeal). Thanks go to all their supporters. Well done, Cubs!
This month our mission intercessions and mission board are focussed on the Coventry City Mission, a registered Christian charity established in 1983. It is committed to serving the whole community by responding to needs: spiritual, physical, emotional or practical, regardless of age, status or background.
