Church Hall Bookings

Our Church
Hall and the smaller Meeting Room together with kitchen facilities were built
on to the west end of the Church in 1971. The entrance Foyer connects to both
the Hall and the Church and there is a Car Park at the rear of the Church. The
Hall. There is also a Car Park at the rear of the Church.
We use the
Hall and the Meeting Room for Church Events but it has always been our policy to
make the premises available to the Community at large. The Hall can accommodate
about 200 people and the Meeting Room about 30. The main hall is connected to
the Kitchen facilities by a hatch.
The Hall and Meeting Room are used by many Groups on a regular basis as well as
“one off” events such as Wedding Receptions, Birthday Parties, Coffee Mornings,
Bazaars. See details below for Bookings.
Groups that use the hall currently include:
A Local
National Trust Group, U3A (2 Groups).
The Monday Club.
The Pre-School
Keep Fit .
The Earlsdon
Gardening Club. Arthritis Care.
The Stereoscopic Society. Scouting
Rainbows ( Friday, Early Evening)
Karate (Monday and Wednesday Evenings)

Slimming World Group
(meet every Thursday 5.15 - 6.45pm)
Scouts, Cubs and Beavers have their
own accommodation at the rear of the church in the scout hut but use the Hall on Special Occasions.
Other users
groups include:-
Line Dancing, Egyptian Dancing, Rhythm –Time (for the very young on
Saturdays), Osteoporosis
Society, Serendipity Stichers,Tai Chi, Coventry Organic
Gardeners, Various Fund Raising events and
Private Functions.
We are licenced for Public
Entertainment but users must obtain their own licenses for the sale of Alcoholic
beverages. We have no permanent Caretaker .Users of
the Hall will find all they need to know in the Hall Booklet that The
Bookings Secretary can provide.
